Kula for Karma partners with Maureen Fund for "Lunch and Learn" event in Hackensack

Kula for Karma partnered with the Maureen Fund for Ovarian Cancer to hold a "Lunch and Learn" event at the John Theurer Cancer Center in Hackensack this past week. The lunch focused on integrating stress management and optimal nutrition.

invited Penni Feiner, Program Director for Kula for Karma, and Geri Topfer, Founder and President of Kula for Karma back to the "Get Connected" show with host Christine Nagy, to discuss how Kula for Karma is bringing yoga and stress coping techniques into the community.

NOTE: The first half of the show features Nzinga West, an educator and founder of Urbane Academics (www.Urbane-Academics.com ) in NYC, a facility for testing and assisting in the education of children diagnosed with special needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
